Training and Consulting Services
MIMIC can provide customized training about the rapidly developing field of DL to address the specific needs of your organization. This service includes delivering presentations to the leadership of your organization and training your team on how to incorporate DL into your program. MIMIC can also assist you and your staff with special requirements on a consulting basis.

Educational Analysis
A thorough, objective analysis is a prerequisite to any DL development effort. MIMIC can perform a complete educational analysis to determine whether a particular course is suitable for presentation as DL, and if so, whether the current learning objectives and structure will support it. In addition to its own staff, MIMIC has ongoing consulting relationships with several Ph.D.-level educational experts who can contribute their knowledge and extensive experience about adult learning and military training to your educational analysis. Because MIMIC is a government activity with no financial stake in your decision, MIMIC will deliver an objective assessment to help you decide whether DL is the right choice for your project.

In conjunction with GSA FEDSIM, which independently maintains and disburses all funds for MIMIC projects, MIMIC can manage your project budget. Validation and Validation Support
Validation enables you to determine whether the training you will field to soldiers will be effective. It involves presenting the training to students under controlled conditions and collecting data to assess the quality of the content and its delivery. MIMIC can conduct validation in its entirety-from planning through final reporting-or can support your organization in that effort.

System Integration
As organizations increasingly deliver DL courses online through a learning management system (LMS), integration becomes more important-and more challenging. Courseware developed by MIMIC will function with any TRADOC-approved LMS. MIMIC can assist you to ensure a smooth integration of your DL materials with your LMS and with other systems you will be using.

System Administration
With its experience integrating DL courseware with various learning management systems, MIMIC has the expertise to relieve your organization of the responsibility to administer those systems.
